A clear price before we touch it, usually the same day. You say yes, or you don’t.

Drop it off, have us collect it in West London, or post it in from anywhere in the UK.
Pay after the repair, by bank transfer or cash. Nothing upfront.
The promise
No fix, no fee.
- You agree a price first. If we can’t fix the fault we agreed it for, you pay nothing for the repair.
- If you decide not to go ahead once you’ve heard the price, you pay nothing.
- The one exception is a part we’ve ordered specially at your request that can’t be sent back. We tell you before ordering anything, and you agree it first.
- Any other fault we find is quoted separately, and never done without your say-so.
What we don’t do
Board-level and microsoldering repairs, such as a damaged HDMI port or a failed chip on the console’s board. If that’s what yours needs, we’ll tell you straight away, before you spend anything.
Common questions.
My console shuts off and the fan is very loud. Is that dust?
Most often, yes. Years of dust and dried thermal paste make a console run hot and shut down to protect itself. A proper clean and fresh paste usually fixes it.
Will you lose my saved games or downloads?
A clean and repaste doesn’t touch your data. If a drive has to be replaced, we’ll talk to you about your saves first.
Do you fix HDMI ports?
No. That’s board-level soldering, which we don’t do, and we’d rather say so up front than take the job.
Which consoles do you work on?
The common ones. Tell us the make and model and we’ll say straight away if it’s something we can do.

Amazing experience, I called them at 12:30 they were with me at 13:00 my computer was not launching even after using chatgbt and online solution methods I could not crack it - the guys got it running after 30 mins and charged me the most reasonable price know. My wife’s Lenovo laptop had a broken hinge so that the screen was coming away from the keyboard. I thought it might be a write off but after Sammi quoted me a very reasonable price I took it to him for repair. He obtained some parts and repaired it.
