Priced per repair, not off a list.
The same repair costs different amounts on different devices, so a price list would only mislead you. Tell us what you’ve got and you’ll have a real price, usually the same day.

The make and model, and what it’s doing. A photo helps. It takes two minutes and costs nothing.

We check what the part costs for your exact model and how long the job takes. Usually back to you the same day.

Accept it, ask us something, or say no. Nothing is charged and no work starts until you’ve agreed the price.
What changes the cost.
So you know what you’re paying for, and why two jobs that sound the same can be priced differently.
The part
Most of the cost on a screen or battery job is the part itself, and that changes with the model. A common phone screen is not the same as a laptop panel.
The device
Two laptops that look alike can be very different inside. Some take twenty minutes, some have to come apart completely.
The fault
A cracked screen is a known job. Something that’s completely dead needs diagnosis first (£25, taken off the repair if you go ahead), and we tell you what we find before going further.
How fast you need it
Standard, or priority where we fetch the part in person and do it the same day. Priority costs more because of the extra trip.
Getting it to us
Dropping it off costs nothing extra. Collection and return, or posting it in, is quoted with the job.
What’s always included.
Whatever the repair costs, these never change.

- A 30-day warranty on the part and our workmanship
- Your device back the way you left it, minus the fault
The promise
No fix, no fee.
Pay after the repair, by bank transfer or cash. Nothing upfront.
- You agree a price first. If we can’t fix the fault we agreed it for, you pay nothing for the repair.
- If you decide not to go ahead once you’ve heard the price, you pay nothing (apart from the diagnosis fee for a completely dead device, below).
- The one exception is a part we’ve ordered specially at your request that can’t be sent back. We tell you before ordering anything, and you agree it first.
- Any other fault we find is quoted separately, and never done without your say-so.
- A device that’s completely dead, with no lights at all, needs testing first. That’s a £25 diagnosis, and it comes off the price of any repair you go ahead with, parts included. If the fault turns out to be on the motherboard, that’s board-level repair, which we don’t do: the £25 covers the testing, we tell you before you spend anything else, and you can collect it with nothing more to pay.

What kind of devices do you work on?
Phones, laptops, tablets, consoles and desktop PCs, of any make. If it plugs in or charges, ask: even if it turns out we can’t help, we’ll tell you straight away and it costs you nothing.
How much will my repair cost?
There’s no price list, because the same repair costs different amounts on different devices. Tell us the make, model and what happened, and you’ll get a clear price, usually the same day. Nothing is charged until you agree it, and no work starts before then. Ask us on 07551 579 043 or book online.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Repairs come with a 30-day warranty on the parts we fit and the workmanship. The exact terms are on the warranty page.
Should I back up my data?
Yes, before you hand the device over. We take great care, but we can’t be responsible for lost data. If you’re worried about your files, tell us and we’ll advise.
