What we repair.
Screens
Cracked, dead touch or lines across the display. OLED and LCD screens, with True Tone set up on iPhones.
Batteries
Draining fast, shutting down, or swollen. A new battery, fitted and health-tested before it goes back.
Charging problems
A phone that charges slowly, intermittently or not at all. We check the cable and port and replace the port where it’s a replaceable part.
Tablets
Cracked screens and tired batteries on tablets, priced once we know the model.
Liquid damage
We’ll take a look, but water damage often can’t be promised. We’ll tell you honestly what’s likely before you commit.

How it works.

The make, the model and what it’s doing. A photo helps. Two minutes, and free.

Get a price
A clear price before we touch it, usually the same day. You say yes, or you don’t.

Get it to us
Drop it off, have us collect it in West London, or post it in from anywhere in the UK.
Pay after the repair, by bank transfer or cash. Nothing upfront.
The promise
No fix, no fee.
- You agree a price first. If we can’t fix the fault we agreed it for, you pay nothing for the repair.
- If you decide not to go ahead once you’ve heard the price, you pay nothing.
- The one exception is a part we’ve ordered specially at your request that can’t be sent back. We tell you before ordering anything, and you agree it first.
- Any other fault we find is quoted separately, and never done without your say-so.
What we don’t do
Board-level and microsoldering repairs, such as a damaged chip on the motherboard or a soldered charging port. If that’s what your device needs, we’ll tell you straight away, before you spend anything.
Common questions.
How long does a phone screen or battery take?
Usually a short job once we have the part. If it’s a common model, we can often do it while you wait or the same day. We confirm when we give you the price.
Will I lose my photos and data?
A screen or battery replacement doesn’t touch your data. Back up if you can, and tell us if you can’t.
Are the parts genuine?
We use original or the best-quality replacement parts available for your model, and we tell you which before you agree the price.
My phone got wet. Can you fix it?
Sometimes, but there’s often hidden damage. We’ll be honest about the chances, and you pay nothing for a repair we can’t complete.

Amazing experience, I called them at 12:30 they were with me at 13:00 my computer was not launching even after using chatgbt and online solution methods I could not crack it - the guys got it running after 30 mins and charged me the most reasonable price know. Would definetly recommend anyone who has any PC issues!
My wife’s Lenovo laptop had a broken hinge so that the screen was coming away from the keyboard. I thought it might be a write off but after Sammi quoted me a very reasonable price I took it to him for repair. He obtained some parts and repaired it.
