What we repair.
Won’t start or won’t load
Nothing on screen, stuck on a logo, or Windows that won’t open. We find the cause and fix it.
Slow or freezing
Often a failing drive, too little memory, or dust. We fix the real cause instead of just reinstalling.
Upgrades
More memory, a solid-state drive, a new graphics card or power supply, fitted properly.
Cleaning and cooling
Dust cleared out, fans and coolers checked, thermal paste renewed, for a PC that runs hot or loud.
Custom builds
A new PC built to your budget and what you use it for, cable-managed and tested before you take it.

If a drive is dying, talk to us before you try anything else. The wrong move can make it worse.

How it works.

The make, the model and what it’s doing. A photo helps. Two minutes, and free.

Get a price
A clear price before we touch it, usually the same day. You say yes, or you don’t.

Get it to us
Drop it off, have us collect it in West London, or post it in from anywhere in the UK.
Pay after the repair, by bank transfer or cash. Nothing upfront.
The promise
No fix, no fee.
- You agree a price first. If we can’t fix the fault we agreed it for, you pay nothing for the repair.
- If you decide not to go ahead once you’ve heard the price, you pay nothing.
- The one exception is a part we’ve ordered specially at your request that can’t be sent back. We tell you before ordering anything, and you agree it first.
- Any other fault we find is quoted separately, and never done without your say-so.
What we don’t do
Board-level and microsoldering repairs, such as a damaged chip on the motherboard or a soldered charging port. If that’s what your device needs, we’ll tell you straight away, before you spend anything.
Common questions.
My PC won’t turn on at all. What happens next?
We check the power supply, memory and connections first, since those are the most common causes and the cheapest to fix. You get a price before any part is ordered.
Can you come to me, or do I have to bring it in?
You can drop it off, ask us to collect it in West London, or post it in. A desktop is easy to bring in, but collection is quoted with the job if you can’t.
Can you upgrade an old PC instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. Memory and a solid-state drive make the biggest difference on an older machine. We’ll say honestly if it’s not worth it.
Do you build gaming PCs?
Yes. Tell us the budget and what you play, and we’ll suggest a build. You see the parts and the price before anything is ordered.

Amazing experience, I called them at 12:30 they were with me at 13:00 my computer was not launching even after using chatgbt and online solution methods I could not crack it - the guys got it running after 30 mins and charged me the most reasonable price know. My wife’s Lenovo laptop had a broken hinge so that the screen was coming away from the keyboard. I thought it might be a write off but after Sammi quoted me a very reasonable price I took it to him for repair. He obtained some parts and repaired it.
